I think good can win over evil because personally i've seen it happen. Sometimes someone can be a bad person and switch around really fast maybe because that is the life that they don’t want to live. Or they see what others go through and they do not want to put their families or friends through that. For example like gang members getting shot. And they may or may not have had a family. Those types of things people see scare them and can change them into good. Sometimes trauma happens in someone's life where it causes them to act the way they do. Like ben how his mother left him and now he is who he is. He was a bad guy in the start but then towards the end he let dan be the hero and get him on the train. Sometimes evil can conexist because sometimes for example prisoners they did something bad and they learned from their mistakes and sometimes people think oh that person committed a crime so we do not like them. I think personally you should be able to give everyone a chance at life and sometimes more than one chance. Like I said earlier trauma is just something that happens and you have no control over it. Its sad but that is something you need to understand as humans. Ben for sure gave reason for good and evil in this movie at start he was part of gang and now he is a good person.
Riley Schroeder Good and evil are in every single person. There is no one person that is full good and full evil. They may act like they are full evil or full good but that is never the case. Good and evil are the chooses that we make and how we treat others. Ben treated others with some good unless they angered him. But when his evil side came out there was no stopping it. People so mostly evil in ben because that is what he wanted them to see. But the rancher saw the good in ben at the end that is why he was willing to give ben info about his son. There are two sides of a coin. There are two wolfs in you always fighting. Only you get to decide what you want people to see and what you will be. Ben was able to show compassion to the rancher who knows why. He could have killed him in his sleep. There is no shadows with out light. So you may think that some one is pure evil but that can’t be no matter how bad they are there is always something they care about and you can us that against them. But some times people are to fair down the rabbit hole that they don’t how to get back so they decide to live there and find that way of living easer and try to make others the same. But they are still not pure evil you can always drag them out.

How can good over win evil? There are many ways that good can win over evil. For example in the movie 3:10 to Yuma good over wins evil in many ways. For example good over wins evil when the guys have ben at the camp and they are in the Indian territory and the Indians start shooting at them when ben is trying to go to the bathroom and then ben helps dan get back to the camp and he shoots and kills the Indians. I think that is good because he let the others live and he could have killed them if he wanted to but he didn't he saved them from the Indians and let them live. Another good thing he did that over won evil is then they were in the tunnels and the guys were going after them and ben grabbed the dynamite and lit it and threw it so he could save him and the other people. The reason I think that is good is that it's another part where he could have killed all of them but he chose not to. Another part that I think is a good part is when bens gang is trying to kill the people holding him captive and he helps dan get him to the train so Dan's son can think he is a hero. The last thing I think that good wins over evil is when ben kills all of his gang because they shot dan and he could have just gotten away with everything.
Good and evil exist with one another my favorite film I have discussed this in the past is the dark knight as it's about the fight between batman and joker as one needs another as one created the other as for who he is The Joker is the evilest person in the movie but considers himself sane as batman is seen as a lunatic running around stopping crime is something that I never guessed but it's about how in the end evil and good will need each other as when evil comes out people arise to help it the movie is a study for me into the human concise as the best scene is the prison boat scene as normal people on one boat and prisoners on the other both have a detonator to one boat the one prisoner threw it out showing that even evil has a good side but in the other boat it's chaos ensuing for who will take the lives of the other boat it's something that drew me as they coexist in different people the one law-abiding citizen with a perfect record could turn into an evil person or can be evil it's pushing the boundary of why they exist and I belive it's about how at the end of the movie they never saw how the joker still one he hurt the white knight of gotham harvey dent into a criminalmastermind both good and evil existing in that one person.

I think bad or goodwill depends on how you see it because how do we know that something is bad or we are doing something because our parents and our society taught us what for them is good or bad. In 3:10 to Yuma, the Pinkertons would not exist if there weren’t people like ben wade and his gang out there to stop because then people wouldn’t need protection at all and some people are more afraid than others in life and that is why we have people like the police, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and more because those are the people who do there best to protect us from theft and crime, so I think good and evil can coexist if one has the other but if they don’t then there won’t be a need for good people if there isn’t any bad.

In the yuma movie the good would alway beat bad cause good is alway on the right path into greatness but bad are just take the easy way out while good is take the hard working path was dan he should have a lot of courage and decent see to people and 2 his son. Dan and his crew were the only people who wanted to take Ben to the prison bust so he could go to yuma Ben was the evil in this movie. He is a train robber and he wasn't a very good guy. He would kill innocent bystander just to get his work done. And to have lot of money just for entertainment he take thing as a joke but when he heard the dan story explain how he his stupid he just dothing thing that are write for his family that made his think that he could show an diffrent paith were he dose have to be bad that what i think that happen to ben
I think the good can win the evil by having a smart mind on what we are doing for the future. Some people might say evils can not change but it actually depends on the person if they want to change they can or if they choose not to they will stay the same. Good people come because it is how mostly they are created and if they choose to keep being good to people or change by some situation that has happened or what will happen in our lifetime. I think anybody can be good or evil depending on the person that they are with during their lifetime. Sometimes even though people can be evil at one time they can change with the situation that comes to their life. In some situations, people might change from being good to evil because sometimes in our life we don't really have a choice than changing from what we are. Also, the other reason why people change from being good to bad is bad people find the easy way to do something that is really challenging while the good people take the right step to do what they need to do. When bad people win or pass something that is really hard and complicated while the good ones get stuck trying to figure out how to pass that sutuation.
Meinert When I think about good versus evil...I think about classic cartoons. Tom and Jerry...Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd...and Coyote and Roadrunner. These cartoons show us good versus evil in every episode. For example; the coyote always is trying to get the roadrunner by using various ways to capture him. He tries all sorts of wacky ideas but always ends up failing each and every time. The roadrunner is smart. He finds a way around it each time and is able to turn the tables back onto the coyote. The coyote doesn’t learn from his mistakes. They are able to do this day in and day out while coexisting in each other’s lives. Tom and Jerry have the same situation. Tom and Jerry live in the same house. Tom tries almost everything he can think of to get rid of Jerry, but nothing ever works. They are not friends...but they live together. In the real world, I think that good and evil do coexist. We see evil things each and every day. We have to make choices that lead us to different paths. Each choice can either turn the situation good or bad. It only takes one choice to change the path of someone’s life. Having faith in others helps the “good” win. If we could all make choices that positively help others and help us to raise each other up, we could help make “good” win. This cannot be done alone. We have to work as a team. Good versus Evil is great for tv and entertainment but in real life… it doesn't have to be that way.

For example if I cheated on my homework vs just doing it I might of got it done but I would have guilt in that. When the carriages are transporting Ben Wade to the train they pull a trick and switch out him with another person to through off his gang that is trying to free him. After the carriage leaves and Ben Wade stays at win Dan for the night. Ben Wade’s gang catches up to the carriage and once they realize that it doesn’t have Ben in it they burn it with the guy locked in there. I believe that good and evil will always coexist, there will always be evil in the world and I don’t have a reason for why. But saying that also means that there will always be good on earth aswell. For me good wins in mostly any occurrence due to fate and how nothing can truly go wrong if you are good to everyone. In Frozen 1 the good would be Anna, Elsa and their friends where the bad would be Prince Hans. At the beginning of this wild adventure everything seems to be going great everyone is happy and cheerful, but then the Queen and King die and Elsa(the eldest daughter) was made Queen. This was a big turning point for Anna since she really never got to know Elsa as a sister, so she was able to meet her and get closer throughout the story. With the new Queen, the gates were required to open to the public to represent the new Queen and to have a Ball. This lead Anna to meet a new guy named Hans. They sang a little and went a little crazy thinking it was a good idea to get married the same day they met. Queen Elsa did not approve of this and got into a fight with Anna about the situation. This caused Elsa to freak and used her Ice powers in rage showing the rest of the kingdom what she has been hiding for so long. Queen Elsa ran into the mountains to hide and Anna ran after her, finding help along the way she met Christoph and Sphen. When they made it to Elsa’s ice castle Anna went in to make Elsa come back and continue being the Queen when she refused they got into another argument and Elsa sent a shock of ice that hit Anna which started to freeze her heart. Anna and Christoph went back to the castle where Hans was waiting for them there. Anna left Christoph behind to go be with Hans, but then as Anna was getting better,(BOOM!) Hans backstabbed Anna and told her his plans. As this was going down Elsa decided to come back to help. She was so overwhelmed by the storm and how she ruined her Kingdom she broke down crying. Hans saw this and went after Elsa to kill her since she was seen as a monster. Anna was able to get out of the castle to make her way to Elsa, and as Hans swung his sword to kill Elsa, Anna jumped in the way as she was changing into ice. Elsa saw what had happened and blasted Hans away. Elsa went to Anna and tried to save her but could not figure out what to do, so she just broke down crying for her sister. As she was doing this Anna started to melt. Elsa realized how to control her powers, it was love. Elsa stopped the storm and the kingdom went back to peace with everyone happy other than Hans cause he was sent back to his island and was locked up. So this is just one story that shows that good is the way to go cause they will come out on top one way or another. -haas

For example good over wins evil when the guys have been at the camp and they are in the Indian territory and the Indians start shooting at them when ben is trying to go to the bathroom and then ben helps dan get back to the camp and he shoots and kills the Indians. I think that is good because he let the others live and he could have killed them if he wanted to but he didn't he saved them from the Indians and let them live. Even though good tends to win over evil, evil still leaves its mark. When the carriages are transporting Ben Wade to the train they pull a trick and switch out him with another person to through off his gang that is trying to free him. After the carriage leaves and Ben Wade stays at win Dan for the night. Ben Wade’s gang catches up to the carriage and once they realize that it doesn’t have Ben in it they burn it with the guy locked in there. I believe that good and evil will always coexist, there will always be evil in the world and I don’t have a reason for why. But saying that also means that there will always be good on earth aswell. Good will always try to fight back evil and tends to prevail in the end.

For me good wins in mostly any occurrence due to fate and how nothing can truly go wrong if you are good to everyone. In Frozen 1 the good would be Anna, Elsa and their friends where the bad would be Prince Hans. At the beginning of this wild adventure everything seems to be going great everyone is happy and cheerful, but then the Queen and King die and Elsa(the eldest daughter) was made Queen. This was a big turning point for Anna since she really never got to know Elsa as a sister, so she was able to meet her and get closer throughout the story. With the new Queen, the gates were required to open to the public to represent the new Queen and to have a Ball. This lead Anna to meet a new guy named Hans. They sang a little and went a little crazy thinking it was a good idea to get married the same day they met. Queen Elsa did not approve of this and got into a fight with Anna about the situation. This caused Elsa to freak and used her Ice powers in rage showing the rest of the kingdom what she has been hiding for so long. Queen Elsa ran into the mountains to hide and Anna ran after her, finding help along the way she met Christoph and Sphen. When they made it to Elsa’s ice castle Anna went in to make Elsa come back and continue being the Queen when she refused they got into another argument and Elsa sent a shock of ice that hit Anna which started to freeze her heart. Anna and Christoph went back to the castle where Hans was waiting for them there. Anna left Christoph behind to go be with Hans, but then as Anna was getting better,(BOOM!) Hans backstabbed Anna and told her his plans. As this was going down Elsa decided to come back to help. She was so overwhelmed by the storm and how she ruined her Kingdom she broke down crying. Hans saw this and went after Elsa to kill her since she was seen as a monster. Anna was able to get out of the castle to make her way to Elsa, and as Hans swung his sword to kill Elsa, Anna jumped in the way as she was changing into ice. Elsa saw what had happened and blasted Hans away. Elsa went to Anna and tried to save her but could not figure out what to do, so she just broke down crying for her sister. As she was doing this Anna started to melt. Elsa realized how to control her powers, it was love. Elsa stopped the storm and the kingdom went back to peace with everyone happy other than Hans cause he was sent back to his island and was locked up. So this is just one story that shows that good is the way to go cause they will come out on top one way or another.

I think that all people have good in them they just don’t realize it. In the movie 3:10 to Yuma Ben Wade is “evil” but by the end of the movie Dan Evans changes him and it shows when he just gets on the train at the end of the movie. It also shows when Ben shoots all of his men because they killed Dan. So I think that good can beat evil any day of the week. This theme is in a lot of movies when the bad guy turns good by the end of the movie. I think that they do this in movies because it makes the viewer more into it because they can see a change in the character all the way through the movie. I think that movies like this are good because the good person and the bad person always butt heads at the beginning of the movie than by the end they are usually working together. So I think that good can overcome evil every time if you believe it can happen.
