We do all kinds of things for people that maybe don't have a lot of friends to try and make there day as best as we possibly can. teachers are always making sure that you always alright and having a good day and that your not depressed and mad all the time. Your councilors are always there to talk to you if you are feeling depressed to help you out in any way they can.
Helping others grow is a hard thing to do for sure. I believe that we can help each other grown by helping them out with being who they are and wanting to do what they want to do. What I am thinking is that if we help them with what they want to do instead of not wanting to help them and just saying to them that that is stupid and they are not able to go on with what they thought would have been a good idea for them or other people and yet they don't want to do it because they feel everything they do is going to be judged. I think that we can force our selves to stop making people shrink by just looking at the big picture of what could be created and what could be helpful to everything they do in life or even just us. We could just think of the fact that helping someone out with that is a good way of saying you are a good person. Only if you are able to actually think that it is true not just you saying it. I think it is wrong for people to bring other people down just because they see something as dumb or stupid or ignorant. It should not matter to us if we do not have to be in the repercussion of it. If it is wrong to be the good person to stick up for one another and also say to a person that is being rude or mean and say hey I think you should stop that isn't very nice. Simple things like that are ways of forcing your self to not bring people down. do the right thing.
Keisha Felcher. You can help others grow by encouraging them to do something and believing in them. They could also become a better person too. You could also help people grow or learn from their mistakes. Also, big moments in their life could shape them into a better person. For example, if something tragic happened and you want to give back and you are inspired by that tragic moment to do something. Everybody around us is all trying to make us feel better and achieve something so that we do better.
In society, it is common courtesy to be respectful to your peers and all the individuals around you. Some ways that we can help people grow and guide them in life down the right track is to teach them things that will be beneficial to them while going throughout life. Such as a baby who is learning to walk that is a very big necessity for people unless they get around in a wheelchair. In school, the teachers and councilors and all the rest of the people help the students grow and teach them things that will help them out in the real world to be successful later on in life and grow every single day. Ways that we avoid making people shrink and feel smaller is treating everyone equally no matter if they are like you or different from you in any way. We as humans do not want to make someone feel less of an individual than others. Everyone deserves to be treated equally whether they are of the same race as you, gender as you, or have a different sexuality than you. Everyone deserves a fair shot in this world and that goes for everyone that's why we should lift everyone up and not try to bring them down. Riley Larson
Helping others grow is hard to do for sure. I believe you can make a person’s day by saying hello and making their day just by saying hello. Just being there makes everyone in a better mood and not feel lonely. Just helping out and bring their friends for who they are and wanting to do what they want to do. Yes, you can’t change anyone if they don’t want the help but you can at less try your best. What I thinking if we help them with what they want to do instead of not wanting help at all and just that is pretty stupid in my option and them just not able to go on with what everyone else thought would be a good idea for them or what everybody else thinks and yes they don’t want that because they think everybody is going to judge them for who there and that plane out stupid for judging someone and not even taking the time to get to know them. I think we can force ourselves to stop and help other people that think everybody is out to get them. I think we can stop making people shrink just by looking at the big picture in life and think to ourselves what can we do to make someone's day or life better. Just having the thought of helping someone else out and talking themselves out you can now say you helped someone out for the better and you became a better person then you already are. Only if you believe in yourself you can do it you can do it. I think it’s is cruel and sticking to put people down just because of how they look or how dress and etc that shouldn’t matter and shouldn’t be worrying about that stuff on a daily basis. Yes, it should not matter to use if we're not in the middle of an argument. It’s not wrong to stand up for what’s right and be the good person in the situation and sticking up for anyone and saying I think you should stop and apologize and think before you do. The little simple things like that are just ways of forcing yourself to become a better person and not bring people down. Always think before you do and do the right thing.
How we can build people up. We can build people up and by doing that it makes them feel big strong confident in there lives and i also know that by doing that by building people up it can make a difference for a lot of people because the people that we help feel strong will then do the same to other and help them feel big and have confidence. Then it is important to always be positive and not try to let negative emotion drag you down because dragging people down is is shrinking their confidence and there abilitey to be strong and i know that it might be easy to take the easy way to take people down emotionally but it work out better for everyone if you make them feel bigger then they feel stronger and more confident. Ways to help people feel big is to make them feel good about them self give them positive reinforcement also encourage them in what they do because encouragement makes them always feel better about themselves another way to make people feel good is to be a good friend to them or help them if they are having a bad day by trying to make them feel better then they will have a better day and will not be negative about their day being bad. So in conclusion it is always better if you build people they are more positive and they will be that way with other people and that reduces the number of people that feel small or weak.
How do we help others grow? We help others by making them feel important and matter. In my opinion, I think everyone should be treated the same. When building up people it can change a lot about a person it can make them feel confident and feel strong about themselves. It's always important to stay positive to empower people and motivate them. Words like we learned at the assembly words hurt, that's why always a good idea to think first then just saying it on accident. When someone tells you that you did a good job at presenting or on a project it could make your day great and make you feel happy. You can make more friends when your positive and get along with a lot more people when you just happy. Every time when I get out of bed I always empower myself to stay motivated and if anything happens along the road you can face it and try to fix the problem of the situation. Always greet people when you meet them and say you look nice today. I want to reduce bullying and talking behind people backs. When I grow up I always going to be nice to my co-workers and the people that I hang out with. You also never know might happen, it could change your life if you are nice and become the manager of a company of a boss. You’ll never feel lonely and alone and you always have people to talk to you about your day to make you feel better the next day of work. In Conclusion, people should always have a positive attitude and make them feel worth it. It will make you feel better about yourself and it can make a huge difference in life period. It can make you feel powerful and make your dream become real on whatever you would want to do in life.
We are supposed to help people and not tear them down. We have to build people up and help them grow to be a better person. We need to stop people from getting bullied. If we do that we can stop a lot of other things I think you should stop that isn't very nice. Simple things like that are ways of forcing yourself to not bring people down. do the right thing.Everyone deserves a fair shot in this world and that goes for everyone that's why we should lift everyone up and not try to bring them down.
One way we can help others grow is to make them feel included. It can be as simple as saying hi to them in the hall or smiling at them in the hall. Or sometimes something I've seen is when someone is looking for a sheet of paper or pencil offer it to them instead of just watching them sit there and struggle. You can also compliment someone in the hall every once in a while or do little random acts of kindness. Another one that is really important is sticking up for people when you see them getting picked on. It does not matter if you know them or not what matters is that you stand up for them and help them so they do not feel alone or so they do not feel upset. Yes, a lot of people do not like each other but instead of picking on them or talking about them or making them feel unimportant, you can just mind your own business. Do not start anything with them but do not be rude to them either. You don't necessarily have to forgive them for whatever they might have done but you should move on from it.
One way that we can help others is to help make them feel good about themselves. I always remember what my parents taught me. They would always tell me that someone may never forget the way that you made them feel. So if you make someone feel good about themselves and encouraging them, they will want to be around you because they will never forget that. But if you treat someone poorly, such as making fun of them, calling them names, etc., they will never forget how poorly you treated them and made them feel. I think we force others to make them feel bad by making them not feel good enough, belittling them, saying mean things about there family members and siblings. We can help others grow by being encouraging, putting a smile on there face, making them feel included. Hood- pd.4
to make others feel important we need to include them into everything and not exclude them and we need to treat them like they're a person and there equal as the rest of us and not devalue them. you need to make them feel like their opinion is valued to other people and just try and make them feel like your friend. I think the only way to not make others small or get the urge is to not get too big yourself because sometimes your ego can get too big and you would only make the small smaller the only way to not bring others down is to always be friendly tother and no hostile manners.
It is funny sometimes to watch others shrink, especially thought who can not handle it and began to stress out or get mad. This is why people bully other people. Hurting other peoples feeling can be funny if you can get a big reaction out of them, but that is also why it is so bad to do. Other people who get bullied for a long enough time do just the opposite and rebel against people or act rude to people because they expect everyone to be rude to them first. Some people who stand up for themselves way too much get bullied the most because they have a lot of insecurities that have been pointed out to them their entire lives. Either way, I think if someone was bullied enough eventually it could get to them and they'll crack. Some would be more aggressive and take out their anger on others causing harm, but others would believe all the bullying and take out the hatred on themselves and maybe even harm themselves. This is why you should make people feel big because I am sure that in life at some point by something everyone feels small in one way or another. -Wardlow
We help people grow by proving everyone has a spot in the world. By being there for people will show that at least someone cares and helping them out in their time of need. It’s hard to make sure your bringing everyone up and not letting them down but showing you are there and you are willing to help and be someone's friend means a lot to some people. Building people up makes people feel strong and confident and that can change how everyone around you is. It’s not good to be down all the time and no one likes to be sad 24/7 so why would someone make others feel like less of a person. How do you resist the urge to force others to shrink I feel that it's really hard for some people not to force someone down because I think sometimes it's because of your parents because your whole childhood your following your parents and see what they do around people and if your parents aren't the nice people and they always force someone down if your parents are mean to you yourself will probably talk out on others just to make yourself feel good because you been growing that why where your parents if they bully someone you will most likely be a bully or if you constantly have a bad day you are going to take it out on others and then your parents won't care because that's the way they grow up. Now how you would resist the urge the force others to shirk is if you are having a bad day you got to think to yourself as if your in their perspective like what are they going to feel after I do this to them. I will feel great because I passed my problem to someone else but how they going to feel. Now how to helps others grow I feel is if you see someone having a bad day just try an compliment them or if you are with your friend's group and you see someone left out to try and include them in your group because that would make them feel so good. One little thing could help someone grow so they don't feel so small. If you have a bad day and you feel that if your going to talk bad about someone then think before you act. If you are having a bad maybe just talk to someone even if it's your friend that you always joke around they would probably care if they now you are having a bad day they will not make front of you because they know you have a problem and they will try and help you.
You can help people grow by being nice to them and showing them that no matter how hard something is they still have the ability to do it. That you care about them. Even if you just say hi, you could turn their whole day around and make it better. You could Try and help them stand up to people who try and make them feel bad constantly. You could tell someone about what's going on and try and get someone to help. You could really make someone shrink by bullying them. Picking on someone and beating kids up for how they look, or how they dress, or how smart they are, is just so wrong and you shouldn't do it unless you want it done to you.
