Apocalyptic Fiction—due September 9
What do you know, predict, guess about apocalyptic (end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it) fiction? Answer with 150+ words.

What do you know, predict, guess about apocalyptic (end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it) fiction?
What do I know, predict, guess about apocalyptic fiction? What I know is that it is the world ending in some kind of incident like the world catching on fire, a zombie apocalypse that causes the world to end. There is a book called The Road that is a post-apocalyptic story. The Road is about a man that is a dad to the boy and the world had caught on fire and the human race and many other living things are dead. Everything was covered in ashes and the man and the boy were trying to head somewhere where it is warm. On the way, they go through many events like cannibals and robbers. On the trip, the dad gets sick and is going to die soon but he fights for his son. When they arrive at the place they thought would be safe it turns out it was still as cold and covered in ash like the rest of the world. The dad eventually dies and another family takes on the boy to fight to live. Apocalyptic fiction is about the world or something ending due to an accident.
I think when the apocalypse happens people are going to be freaking out and grabbing things they don't need, most likely everything they grab will get destroyed. But I say it depends on the type of apocalypse, there is a zombie one, also there is a merit one, and when all the water goes away that is one too. Let's go with the meter one most likely we will send people into space to go and inhabit a new planet like mars and then we will be extinct. The zombie one we could always try to fight back but zombies don't exist so we wouldn't know how to kill them. The laws would be different if zombies were around. Next is the water one and people would just be dead no water means no trees and no trees no air. Also, we would die for dehydration. But ya basically every apocalypse that could happen we would die from.
Webb, Parker My thoughts on the apocalypse is quite of a nerdy thing for me and since middle school, I've been fantasizing what and how the world will end the apocalypse to me will become something like fallout in my mind a world that ran it's resources to death like earth and went into a nuclear fallout apocalyptic world and would probably end with a great big blast of light and the world will go, in my head I thought of mutant creatures and zombie-like humans after years of radiation poisoning would slowly lose their brains and go feral and attack everything on sight or animals that would mutate into terrifying beasts. and flying beasts going all around the world as humanity was crushed by the nuclear world and the radiation poisoning from it, to me the world has been slowly ending by its self and will die out sooner or later from either our sun or by our own doing.
What I predict about apocalyptic fiction is that it deals with the world ending. What our lives would be like if that happens would be nothing and we would all come to the end of the world some time to. We would have nothing to do, nowhere to go and nothing to see because the world is ending and everything would die and it would look like a desert. We don’t know anything about the world coming to an end and we don’t know when it will happen to us when it does happen. What I guess about the apocalyptic is that it will come true someday in our lifetime and there will be nothing left for us. What I know about it is nothing and it will just appear someday in our lifetime and surprise all of us and we will be shocked. So finally, apocalyptic is true that will happen someday and just kill everything nothing will be left.
So what do I know, predict, guess about apocalyptic(end of the world)? I think we are going to run out of resources or space one day not that exciting of an answer but that's what I think will happen. I think that we are going to repopulate the earth more and faster every day. Eventually, we will run out of room or resources because the more that people keep growing the less space and resources we will have. Also, illnesses are going to spread easier because we will have to get closer to everyone. Not only that the trash is also going to make everyone and sick and it will kill all the animals that we will need to eat. But hopefully, we can get it under control and take care of our earth. Also, hope that farms can produce enough food to keep the wold earth feed and healthy.
That we can only guess and we actually don't know what is going to happen and that might or might not end and we don't know what is happening all the time because it might be a prediction and we don't know if it is going to end or not. so then we just guess on what is going on with some of the stuff that is going on around us with the earth. Then we do the same thing in a story when someone is telling a story because we don't know if that is what is going on or not and they could be just trying to get you to read the story or tell you the truth to what happened. I don't think that the world is going to end because we still have good air and we are not polluting it as bad as we were before. Anderson
I think that the end of the world stuff is scary and bad. I know that it is fiction and that it's make-believe stuff and that it is not real. I guess apocalyptic would be stuff like fancy maybe or like bad horrible events that could happen in the world. I think apocalyptic is dangerous and harmful. I think that it can cause destruction in the world and can make things worse for the world. I predict that things like this probably wouldn't or won't happen in the world. I think things like this is unlikely to happen. I think that apocalyptic can also be about fancy stories or things like fancy creatures like things in make-believe stories. I think fiction is interesting in a way and I think that fiction is scary a little bit. I think that fiction is maybe weird in ways and other ways interesting.
What I know about the apocalypse is that is going to be so bad that nobody wants to see what is going to happen to our home the Earth. I guess and I am like 99.9% that the world is going to be destructive for ourselves, there are many countries that have a lot of nuclear weapons that is like a competition between them. They want to be the most powerful nation in this world but the thing that they don't stop to think about is that if there is no planet there nothing to be happy about. Many countries have a president that is waiting for just a little to start a new nuclear war because they just want deaths and destruction. We are killing our planet with our contamination that in the future we are going to fight for water and for oxygen that we are going to kill each other for the try to live. The human being creates good things but most of us create destruction without carrying about the consequences in the future.
First of all I'm just gonna say that I feel like its going to end with nukes at one point, I support trump and everything cause he has done some pretty good things for us but also he's a little hot-headed when it comes to power, I think Trump will be talking to either Russia or Korea and he's gonna offend them in some way and that's going to make them made and send us to war, which will be really stupid because we may be all mighty and powerful now, but once war breaks out we will be back into the stone age, just to rebuild again. And even better imagine the nukes after the blast doesn't kill everyone and there will be an infection of the humans. Then that would be a whole nother thing to worry about. Plus I won't even have to affect some people, they are just gonna sit in their bomb shelters while everyone else is looking for food and whatnot.
What do I know about apocalyptic fiction? I know that it means the end of the world. I think that this can only happen one way, the way I think it will happen is the return of Christ. There are a lot of books and movies about this subject of people saving the end of the world and have to survive on earth with little to nothing. The people in the books and shows have to try to start the world all over from scratch again. The books and movies portray that there is like a zombie apocalypse or a meteor hits the earth or something. I don't think it will happen in a way such as books and movies portray but I do believe that it will happen someday. So finally I do believe that it will happen someday but not like everyone thinks it's going to happen.
My opinion about Apocalyptic if the world were to end it would be the cause of world war three all country have great weapons that could destroy and if the war takes to long they would just use a there powerful weapon and the strongest weapon that the country has is a nuclear weapon. nuclear weapons that can destroy a country. And nuclear weapon could kill all living things in the world the animal tree life the whole environment and human/civilians if there would survive around they would die because of the bad radiation of the nuclear explosion and I think it would take a long time for new life to start cause of the radiation would be there for a long time or the world could maybe blow up cause if they hit the core of the earth.
What I know about apocalyptic is that there are many versions of apocalypse, it could be like zombies taking over, an atomic nuke wipes everything on earth, aliens invade earth and take over. If an apocalypse were to happen the first thing that would happen is that if we were going to be invaded there would be an alert sent global wide to try and get everyone safe, get people evacuated the government would do something to help out the people, not just the state gov but federal gov as well. They would have to provide us with food, water, clothing, protection, to make sure everyone is clean so provide soap and probably shampoo and conditioner. If they need to move everyone to a different location then do it by sections in multiple rows to get through as many as possible and to keep everyone safe. Let’s also make sure that they tell us the truth about what’s going on.
What I know about apocalyptic is that it has to do with something happening Irregular to the world that would destroy it completely and erase every single living thing or creatures that were at that place and it completely erased it from the world. well in the world it could be Vampires taking over the world and have complete control of the world. That would be hard and scary if you ask me because you have to see or deal with vampires whenever you go somewhere in the world. The Government might try to erase them or do something maybe it will affect the government to. If the government doesn't do anything it will be hard for the people to live or deal with it. For thing task, I would say the movie about the Vampire Diaries in the movie you really don't know which one is normal or a vampire so that is pretty scary and I don't want it to happen in the future.
I really don’t know what would end the world but there are many possibilities. One possibility is another world war. With all the modern technology and mass destruction weapons, in the wrong hands, someone could do a lot of damage. I think that an apocalyptic ending could go one of two ways. We could either get two advanced and have technology somehow wipe us out if not have a big roll on it. Or we could go to the opposite side of the spectrum and be like a wasteland due to running out of natural resources before we can adapt and change to make it survivable. The way the human population is growing and the rate of us using our natural resources only continue to climb. The first problem will be food, there is already a problem with farmers because there are becoming fewer and fewer farmers around the world. This year is a great example, we all depend on the farmer but when the weather doesn't cooperate just a flood could wipe out an entire field that may not be able to grow back before the end of the season. Meinert What do I know, predict, guess about apocalyptic fiction if the world is going to end? I know that the world won’t end by a flood because the flood already happened. If the world were to end it would be caused by a big asteroid or a meteorite that will hit us or if a black hole swallows us whole. If the fiction of the zombie apocalypse was true then this world would turn into a damaged Earth. There Are possible reasonings of losing all of the food and fresh water that we have. Now we do have some hurricanes that have destroyed and killed a lot of people. There many natural disasters like tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, sand storms and more. I predict that the world won’t end because we believe things that could be possible.
I think that the end of the world is close unless we start taking care of the earth. We people don’t clean up after ourselves and we use plastic all the time. I feel as if we wanted to save the world we would or could start using glass bottles instead of plastic bottles. I think with all the plastic lying around the earth is killing our animals and if were killing our animals we aren’t receiving food. I don’t believe in eating other animals but we have to do what we have to do to live.I think if the world ended we would have nothing to do or eat. We would die shortly after it happened. It could possibly come someday if we run out of our resources and things to study. I myself am scared the world is going to end because I don’t want to see my family and friends suffer. I want to have a happy population and not a depressing one.
