The very first progress today that I made was waking up, showering, brushing my teeth, and getting breakfast ready so I can get some energy into my system. Then I would have to get the school so I hopped into my car and drove ten minutes from my house to school. When I got to school I only had one minute to get to class so I hurried it up and got there as quick as possible. In my first period class, I had a government class. We had to write things down about what we were going to discuss for tomorrow's debate. Second period I had a photography class we learned about taking pictures on the rule of thirds. So I got a pass and went outside and took some pictures. After that, I had a free period. When I was in my free period I just watched youtube videos and listened to music the whole period. So the next class I had was a study hall. My study hall teacher gave me a test I had to retake for government class. So I did it and it took the whole period to because it was hard. Last but not least I have is Applied English class. I am currently working on this letter and about to be done with it. In conclusion, those were all my progress for right now, and will have more in awhile.

The progress I've made today is managing to get to school on time despite sleeping in again. I've rushed to put on my clothes and pack up my backpack with my computer to arrive for my first period on time. After arriving; I've taken my seat and begin to check my email to make sure I did not get some kind of mail that might be incredibly important to read. When class begins, I've made sure to focus on my teacher and follow along to the assignment to allow me to know what to do and how to do it. After all that, I've gone to my other classes and do the same process and wait until the bell rings that now I'll make my way towards the bus to CTE.

When I got into English class I started to work on NoRedInk. I was doing adjectives in NoRedInk and it was pretty easy. Then after NoRedInk I went to my letters and fixed them up little to make them better. I added a few sentences and fixed a couple of capitalization errors. All and all it was a pretty easy day but still got stuff done and still improved.

Today I started in the second paragraph just talking about how much I like the brand Nike and just telling them what good use they put into selling clothes and shoes anything you need. Then I'm going to touch up a few more things that I haven't said yet and just go back and read through it just to make sure it sounds good and right. I'm still trying to figure out what sounds good for me to say and so I can get a response.

Well, today I mostly resented waking up, got ready for school, talked to my mom and brother before school, and what happened at the Avera hospital when the tornado hit because of some BlackBox feature they have for the cameras, mostly because yes, I personally call black magic. When I got to school, I went to VerSteeg’s room to drop off some props and headed straight to woodworking. In woodworking, I got my measurements settled for the cuts I’m going to make but couldn’t do it because of a long line and wrapped everything up for today by sweeping the table and told Mr. Grode my plan for a woodworking craft. In government, we mostly worked on government stuff regarding politics, and my next-door seatmate Allex came back after a harsh experience with the Kung Flu (COVID-19) and filled her in with the republican/democrat arrangement chart for a (sorta) web quest.

What did I do today? Good question and I will tell you what I did today. I did No Red Ink and in that I did Adjectives. I actually got through a lot of them. I got way better at identifying the adjectives than I did last year. I think I can look at a sentence and figure out what it is. I also read through both of my letters and try to modify them if I need to. But I thought they were good but Mr. C looked at both of them better and helped me out. He made them a little bit better than before. I also look at all of my emails to see if there was anything important and look at skyward for my grades. I also looked at Hudl because I had a little time at the end of class but I looked at defenses stuff.

I got to school and worked on my letters for a little bit to get them ready to be mailed. After I worked on the letters on worked on NoRedInk because I was gone and I had to get caught up. I'm slowly getting done with them and I just need a little bit more to go and then I'll have it complete.

I believe the progress I made on 9/9/2020 was somewhat adequate. I worked on my second letter and continued to revise my first with the help of Mr. C. I want my letter(s) to seem very presentable in hopes to at least get a response. I believe that things such as spelling and proper punctuation are the easiest way to make a reader become more interested. It simply shows that you truly care about them or the topic being discussed. I also worked on my NoRedInk (NRI) which helped me continue to grow/refresh and increase my english abilities. Over time topics on NRI have become significantly easier, which helps demonstrate how fast the human brain can expand. I look forward to increasing my abilities even more than I have in the future and I also look forward to sending my letter in hopes to receive a response from Lavon and his team.
