The two characters I chose from the movie 310 to Yuma was Dan Evans and Ben Wade. The reason why I chose these characters is because the way I see Dan Even has Jesus and Ben Wade as satan the reason why I say this is because how Dan Evans was raised to respect and care for people and he cared for everyone and especially his family and then Ben Wade is like Satan he didn’t care if he killed someone or not. But the reason why he acts like this is that he wasn’t raised or didn’t have anyone in his life that would care for him or show that he matters unlike Dan when he didn’t have respect for everyone but yet he stilled had his own kids and a wife, unlike Ben wade. Dan Evans worked hard for what he got in life and earned for his belongings like his cattle and his barn and horses. Ben wade didn’t do that he cheated his way out through life like stealing and performing a gang that showed ben Wade the only respect he had in his life. But during the the journey Ben Wade did change his perspective towards life he could have killed Dan Evans a thousand times during their journey to 310 to Yuma he showed Dan Evans he had respect by saving them from the Indians shooting and attacking them during through journey and also how he wanted him to bring him to the train station and when Charlie Prince shot Dan Evans when he saw Dan Evans bring him the 310 to Yuma he got out and killed Charlie Prince for what he did and also shoot and kill the rest of his gang members.
The two characters that I'm going to pick from 310 to Yuma are the two main characters. Dan Evans and Ben Wade the good guy trying to help the family and the leader that ruins people's families. I loved watching this movie because it showed how entertaining it is and the story behind it. It was also my favorite movie to watch over Gran Torino. The gang with the leader Ben Wade which did a lot of horrible things to families and being rich. There unstoppable and well trained at what they do. My guess all the member of the group had a bad childhood and had to learn to do things themselves. Towards the end of the movie, I saw that Ben Wade still as good in him, how come because he let Dan take him out with him while during the hunt getting to the train station. Wade could have just taken him out on the spot rather he let him live. He did give up until he got shot in the leg but wade told him his story that one of his people shot him. Ben Wade family is all innocent just trying to provide food and water for their cows. Wade doesn't make enough money for his family all together. His goal is to let his sons respect him more and learn what he all did for them. They got over $1,000 to pay for food and the water for there cows to live a happy life.
Dan and Ben are two characters that I believe that they are ones to write about. These two characters from two completely different backgrounds are one of the most perfect people to have done something. With the fact that one was rich and bad then the other was poor and successful in life in his own way are great to be going. Now the fact that they are completely different to them having the same mindset in Hines perspective to get money. it is a great thing that they meet. Dan's family will get enough stuff situated to be successful.
Two caterers that i liked to start off Ben wade he is the main leader of the gang that hijacked the carts that carry all kinds of money in to town so that would mean that he would have all the money that he needs to live a very good life and i also learned that he draws anything that he admires like dan that bird and the waitress and also when anyone in his gang goes agentes his rules he ends up getting rid of them and the other guys don't care because it means more money fo the rest of them. Then Dan son william is the kind of person that if something goes wrong he would want to take action or get pay back if someone did something that is not right. Another thing is that he wants to do what right and help people in need because he showed up at the right time to help his father during the gun fight he provided a distraction so he could get ben wade on that train and when his father did that job considering how dangerous that it was he found respect for him.
The most interesting two men in the movie would have had to Ben Wade and Dan Evans. The reason for this is of the following. First, to kick off the movie, Dan Evans property is damaged by the gang. Dan Evans was not happy but his family was saying that he had to stand up to them and make things right. So that is exactly what Dan Evans tried to do. He then set up Ben Wade, the other most interesting character, and was about to get him in line with 3 10 to Yuma and get him hung. The reason they wanted to hang him is that if they just shot him dead they would all be killed by his gang shortly after. When they were on the way to get to 3 10 to Yuma this is when Ben Wades true colors are shown. He isn't the man that you would've expected from previous events in the movie. Dan Evans has many close calls and rough events throughout the journey. Even though all that happened, it just goes to show that Dan Evans is a determined man. In the end, it shows how much respect Ben Wade really had for Dan Evans. Ben Wade shot and killed his own member because he disrespected him by not obeying commands and not realizing what Ben was trying to get them to do. This is just a few reasons why Ben Wade and Dan Evans are my favorite characters in the movie.
ben wade he was abused as you can tell and it made him the person his is now and it makes it so he knows how to grow up on his own and make it so he knows how to act like an animal and makes it so he knows how to kill and have no consense and it shows because his mom left him for 3 days and he waited the whole time and that broke his heart so that could make him a leader and make it so that he could control a whole gang of killers just for some money. ben foster he must have been saved by Ben wade in his life because of the only reason he is so loyal to him and the fact that he would pay anything from his share to get him back into there hands and even fight anyone in his crew to only have nice things said about him like the time he fought the bigger older guy for saying its fault he is caught and that they shouldn't go back to get them
I will be talking about the two main characters in the movie Ben Wade and Dan Evans First I will be talking about Dan Evans. I think Dan Evans is a good guy because he’s just trying to provide with his family and he is struggling to make ends meet for the farm because the landowner blocked off his waterway so he can have water for his crops and horses and Cattle and when they were burning down his barn dan Evans didn’t shoot them because I think the main reason is because he was in war he already killed a bunch of people and he didn’t like it so he doesn’t really want to kill any more people because it’s not humane to do that. You know he really cares about his family when he goes on this dangerous mission to get Ben Wade on the train to Yuma because he needs money so he will scarcity his life to get the money for his family. Now I will talk about Ben Wade I think the only reason why kids are bad is because the parents don’t teach them discipline I know your not suppose beat a child but you have to give them discipline if giving them timeouts isn’t working I think giving them a little pat on the butt sometimes is accept but you can’t do it excessively. What I think of Ben Wade is that he has a good side to him because if you look at the movie he doesn’t even kill women and children and in the movie he could of ran away when people were shooting at the good guys but no he stuck around to kill them all because he respects Dan Evans and what he’s doing for his family.
I wanted to talk about Ben Wade and William Evans. First off Ben Wade being the main bad guy really grew not only as a character in the movie but also as a person. He showed that bad people do bad things with little to no mercy. On occasion, he wanted to do the good thing but it was just had for him to do. Ben wade loved stories he always wanted to know different things about different people. He wanted to know them n a personal level but not always for the right reason. In the end, he became more respectable not just because he was doing the right thing but because he did it for the right reason. Now William Evans was not very respectable either at the beginning because of the disrespect he showed everyone and his dad. through the story, he became very helpful and figured out the reason his dad did what he did so he started to respect his dad.
I am going to write about Dan Evens and his son William Evens. This father and son have an interesting relationship because of the fact that they don't always think very highly of each other. William thinks his father Dan is kind of a wimp and needs to be tougher. William spends so much time reading about heroes that he compares those heroes to his dad which makes Dan look small in William's eyes. Dan goes on this journey to bring Ben Wade to the train station because he is promised $200 to do so. Dan's goal is not to be the hero at first, but William sees it as a good opportunity to be a hero. Dan knows that being a hero or trying to be isn't always they very wise thing to do which is why he tells William to stay home, but that night William followed them anyways and kept it a secret until he saw an opportunity to look strong. Towards the end when all odds are against Dan he sees it as a way to gain back his pride and respect. Dan wants his son and wife to look at him with respect and ironically the only person who does look at Dan with respect would be Ben Wade. In the end, Ben helps Dan gain the respect he's been looking for by helping him reach the train. Ben wants everyone to respect Dan the way that he does but that also got Dan killed. William finally saw his dad as the hero he's always wanted but weather that is something worth dying for or not I am entirely sure personally. I think I would want respect even if I could only have it after my death but I don't think I would die for it but that's just me. Joseph Wardlow
Keisha Felcher. I choose Dan Evans and Ben Wade because their friendship over the movie grows or they form one. For example, Ben has had many times to where he could have just killed Dan but he chose not to. Also Ben and Dan form some sort of friendship along the way too. Because towards the end when Ben was in the train, Charlie Prince shot Dan Evans like 3 times in front of Ben and William and, Ben has that look on his face saying no. So Ben exits the train looks at Dan as he is dying while Charlie walks away with his back towards Ben. But then Ben looks at Charlie and Charlie knew something was up, so he stopped walking away and turned around and boom that’s when Ben Wade shot Charlie and along with his other men because he respected Dan so much and was trying to teach his men a lesson. Also throughout the movie, Ben starts to respect Dan.
The two characters I would pick are Dan Evans and Ben Wade. First I will talk about Dan Evans. Overall I think Dan Evans is a good guy because he is a hard-working buy and he tries his best always to provide for his family. He is willing to work his best in hard situations. He and his family are struggling because of the landlord blocked off their families waterway. So that made it hard for him to be able to provide water for his horses, cattle, and family. He was also in the war so when his barn was being burned down he didn't want to shoot the guys who did it because he had PTSD from killing people in the war already. Ben Wade was also a good guy because he didn't ever shoot women or children. He was a very respected character. He would stick around and shoot the bad guys because he respected Dan Evans. He wanted to help him when he was in Yuma for his escape plan to get on the train.
My tow characters I would pick is Dan Evans and Ben Wade. Dan Evans is the good guy because he is hard working buy and he tries his best always to provide for his family. he is willing to work his best in hard situations. Ben Wade was also a good guy as he never shot women or children. He was respected by all the other characters. In the end, he shoots all the bad guys that didn't listen to his command.
I think Ben Wade and Dan Evans are the two main characters in this movie. But I think they both have opposite roles in the movie. Because Ben Wade is the bad side of everything. You could say he is the devil. But with Dan, he is the good side of everything and he makes the movie have a good and bad side. It shows him doing everything the right way and not how to be a bad person and rob people or take from others. It also shows how even bad things can happen to good people. But Ben is the bad guy in the west. He has been robbing trains all year and getting away with it. I think as the movie goes on he shows that he gets along and actually enjoys being around Dan. He would make a conversation with him. I think that Dan was starting to rub off on Ben because he started doing more good. At the end of the movie when Dan gets shot Ben takes his own gun and shoots down his own crew just because they have killed one person. He also gets on the train to show the respect he had for Dan and how he gave his life just to make sure he would make it to that train.
For my two characters I pick Ben Wade and Dan Evans. I don’t know whole lot about them because I was gone for three days while we watch the movie. But Ben Wade is an outlaw and it seems like everybody wants to bring him to justice for him robbing a bunch of places. And how he robs the railroad cart every time it goes by and that will be like 21 times. Ben is not happy with Tucker because Tucker says that it is his horse now and when everybody falls asleep Ben Wade waits for Tucker to fall sleep and kills him for taking his horse. How one of the guys that is bringing Ben Wades to Yuma calls his mom a whore and Ben throws them off a cliff. Dan Evans is a man who is just trying to survive and help his family. By doing anything that he can which includes taking an outlaw to a different town and he knows the chances of surviving. He’s not really rich is really poor. He doesn’t seem like a man to his kid. Finn
im going to write about Dans son william, I think that his son is interesting because he kind of shows a typical teenager. he shows how most kids just want their parents to be cool, he shows how we always go against what our parents tell us and do what we want to anyway. He also shows how he doesn't think his dad is a hero or see that his dad is doing the best that he can to provide for the family and get them what they need. I also think that Ben wade is pretty interesting. He ( even though his mom was a W***e ) he still loves her and doesn't want anyone talking bad about her or anything and he really just tries to justify everything he does like it will get him out of any kind of trouble.
