Today is the first day of senior day and it’s going good so far. Kinda nervous this year because it is the last year of high school and I have a lot of new ideas and new people I found and met. I have some new classes and more advanced classes. I am taking classes that will help me in the future with my career. It for sure feels weird being a senior this year. The past three years have flew by so fast. I’m excited that senior year is here but I am also sad. I am excited because then I get to graduate and get my degree and I get to see my friends and meet new people. I am also sad because I will miss all the fun we had and the fun events we had. It feels funny to be a senior because I feel older and I for sure matured a lot more than I did three years ago. High school definitely taught me some things and made me grow up a little more. High school made me think of stuff I want to do in the future and how I want to live life. I will miss this place after I am graduated and out of here.
Being a senior to me means a lot more than just a piece of paper, cap and gown. Being a senior to me is a relief, but in more than one way. I couldn’t imagine living life without ever acquiring this feeling. Because living life without fulfillment is something that disgusts me. Being a senior means it’s finally my last year of high school, the big moment I’ve waited for my whole life. The beginning of the rest of my life, the moment I get to make the rest of my family happy. I get to celebrate something my dad won’t get to see. I get to celebrate something that only happens once in a lifetime. Something in life that some people may never be able to enjoy. I have very many friends that haven’t completed high school or even thought about going to college, but I choose to be different. I dropped out, I pushed through, and I will conquer my dreams. As I pray this year passes by, I’m sure I’ll someday miss it. But until that day comes, I’ll push my way throughout the year and do what I can to make myself proud of who I am.
So. This is a rather chaotic year for me and others my age. No for everyone around the world in 2020. But besides that, I'm really excited about my senior year of high school. I feel like I'm actually becoming an adult now rather than a teenager. From seeing things have progressed from when I first ever entered this building and to possibly leaving it with a diploma in my hands as seeing my friends and family watch; it’s rather satisfying, to say the least. I did struggle my way up here and no way I’m going to let it hold me down this year. I am very hopeful for this year but do I have rather low expectations by how things are lately. I do hope that I either A) Get a job during this school year or B) Finally learn and finally be able to drive a vehicle of any kind or brand(doesn’t matter). But the most final thing I have to say is; you always have to have hope for yourself and others in your senior year.
Being a senior feels amazing because we have open periods which I've been excited to have since my brother told me about it. To me being a senior the days go by so much faster because you don't have as many classes as you did your freshman- junior years. Even though it's the first day of my senior year I feel like it will go by fast and I hope I will enjoy it. Being a senior has a special feeling to me and that feeling is that you’ve worked really hard to get where you are today and it has paid off. To me, I feel like you’ve earned everyone's respect as a senior and you gradually gain more respect as you get into a higher grade. I hope our senior year doesn’t go to online school and that we can actually have graduation with no social distancing rules and stuff. Over the years of being in high school I can remember how much I matured and freshman year I wasn't really mature and now I’ve matured way more.
200 words on being a senior it has come to the end of my high school career. I am happy but sad it doesn't seem real life is going in so many different directions it kinda sucks that were missing out on things that our upper class men got to do but on the bright side semester test don't go off of how many days you spend at school they go off of how you behave so good luck seeing me during duck season. I wish i didn't have wear a mask at school but i guess you can say im being considerate of the people around me. I feel like coming to school with all theses restrictions really puts a cap on my senior year. My grade seems to be the grade that always misses out on something good like smart lab at the middle school or the new intermediate school. I really hope he get to stay in school because i miss my school friends and i really don't wanna go back on line that stuff was terrible. I hope this year can hit a rebound and every thing will slowey start going back to normal Benton meier
What it is like being a senior is a good question. I think it is awesome because it is one step closer to being more of an adult. I’m happy about it because I can play my favorite sport and that is football. I can help new coming freshmen. I can learn new and better things. I can meet new people and new teachers. I am excited about football games and maybe homecoming this year. I also like it because I can see my friends again and make one more memory with them and this school. It is amazing that we can try and have a school year this year. It is cool that everyone is trying to make this year happen. I like to help people learn new things and help them with old things this year. I’m looking forward to walking across the stage at the end of the year with my friends and my family there to watch me do it. I’m happy that we can have a football season this year hopefully. After the school year, I’m looking forward to starting a new life. Like I’m joining the Army National Guards after highschool. I will miss my teachers and my friends and the building because I have a lot of good memories in this place.
My 200 plus word essay about being a senior. It feels very weird being a senior in high school, it feels like we were just freshmen last year walking through the halls and getting pushed and shoved by the seniors at the time. And now it just feels different because now we run the highschool as the top upperclassmen and now everyone looks up to us and wants to be like us and it is terrifying because now I have to show the underclassmen what to do and how to act the right way. It is a very big burden on all of our chests because now we all want to graduate with good grades and leave the school and finally be on our own and to go to college and move out and be our own grown up with no rules and no one telling us what to do. Most of us want to live alone because some of us seniors have very protective parents and they just want to be alone after high school and that is what most of us want when we graduate high school. Some of us will go off to college and some of us will go on to work and not go to college.
Wellbeing a senior is like riding a bike in hell, the ground is on fire, the air is Kung-flu filled and the bike is on fire but when you get out of hell… yeah there’s super hell goodbye fragile masculinity, hello adults pressuring you to basically just do your schoolwork in super hell (college) but what’s a single piece of paper that says “you’re a smart child now, do something great” supposed to mean, well it’s just to test your metal, what, there an entitled parent that doesn’t know how to keep their nose out of someone else’s ordeals, psh, keep up. It’s so adults don’t have to keep their eye on their children for 8 hours a day, we get taught useful AND useless stuff so we, the idiots don’t become dumb and also to make sure we keep getting fed, like daycare, but not like homeschooling, that’s because the parent wants to teach their own spawn of satin so it doesn’t go on a rampage, this type of schooling has us plop down in crowds, so we basically know how to socialize and not commit murder in public, what is there a serial killer behind me about to make an example, dream on.
I chose to make my senior year the easiest I could, mostly because I'm ready to be in the real world. So I chose cte classes and my last required credit was english. The first day was pretty nice. I had a lot of spare time to just relax. Its been a long and interesting ride through these past years and I have had a lot of fun and made a lot of new friends. After senior year I'm probably going to become an automotive mechanic because I love working with vehicles. This year is hopefully going to be a lot less stressful than the past and i kind of can't wait to see what happens. Coming into highschool i did not know what i wanted to do for my career, it honestly didn't matter to me at that time because i lived in the now, not looking at what i wanted to become. If i had a time machine i would probably just go see my younger self and remember those times, i would not change anything because ive become the person i am today by what has occurred in the past. I was thinking of changing my schedule and graduating early but all of my graduated friends said that there is too much i would miss out on, I am hoping they are right.
Being a Senior is an accomplishment. The reason why I think this is because it is the last year of school unless you are going to college. But to think of all of the learning that you did to get here is amazing. You also being a senior makes you feel old and mature. But it is also terrifying because after this year you are going out into the world to use everything that you have learned. I think that senior year makes you look back on your childhood and what you did to get here. The classes that I have are mostly for my future career. I think that senior year is hard because you are getting ready to leave and you need to figure what you are going to be doing for your future, such as your job or where you are going to live. But for sure I think that senior year is full of excitement and learning opportunities.
being a senior has its ups and downs. being a senior gives you more responsibility and privileges. but those privileges can be taken away. Being a senior means that I'm close to being done. but it means that I will be leaving soon and explore the world. being a senior is kinda a hard thing to believe because it means I'm almost done with school. It amazes me how far I have come and how everything has changed from freshman year. since freshman year I have been coming more accepting of myself and respecting and believing in myself I feel I have been able to work on myself throughout the years and become a better me. being a senior means how far I have grown and all the new people I have met. their might have been a few ups and downs getting to where I am today but I didn't let it bother me and moved forward from them. the ups and downs are a learning experience for me and it helps me to be a better person in my future. Being a senior lets me know on how far I made it but it does not show me what is to come.
As a senior, I feel like the leader of the school. Being a senior means having more expectations in school and having the most respect. It feels good to be a senior because this is our last year of high school. I'm glad I made it this far in high school it took me a while but I made it. Being a senior also means taking bigger risks like going out of your comfort zone to meet new people or to go and introduce new students to the high school. Have fun since it's your last year and then take it serious too.
Being a Senior it’s kind of exciting because you get to get out of school early or have free periods during the day. It’s great being a Senior because it’s our last year . I graduate in January so that’s wonderful. Senior year seems to be the easiest for me because it's just a semester but some classes are difficult. It's our last year to get prepared to be out in the world, take classes that will help us in our future. It's great because we don't get to go out there without knowing anything. I think that is the best thing about our last year of high school. I am so happy, nervous and excited about this year. I cannot wait to graduate and start college. I am ready for it. It is great to know that I am close to being done and start a new chapter. It's a lot harder but I can do it. We all can do it. Good luck to you all on this last new school year. Enjoy all you can before you become an adult and before you have more responsibilities.
How do I feel about being a senior in school this year? I think that we work hard to make it to this spot and we should have fun in our last year but still work hard too. But I'm glad that this is my last year but sad about it too. There are a lot more things I can learn more about but I think I can do that with friends or going to a text school. I hope that I can see new people and get to meet them to I think that could be awesome to do that and see what they are going in to maybe it will be the same as me or not whatever the case is I might help them along the way the try to be the best as I can be or more. So in a short way of saying I hope we all make it this year!
Bhandari, Yadav Today is the first day of being a senior and I am really happy and kinda nervous because the classes might be harder than before. I’m happy because in senior year you have lunch and open classes and you can go home early. I'm kinda nervous because I have no idea what I'm going to do after high school. I’m also happy because soon I will be done with high school and become an adult. It is better than being a teenager. I'm really scared as well because I don't know what my life gonna be after high school. At the same time, I need to look at my career that I want to take in college. Senior year is a pain too because you need to figure out life after high school and I haven't found my career yet. I want to enjoy my senior year because this is gonna be the last in high school and especially in bvhs i have been here since 9th grade and it already been 3 year and this is my last year so I fully want to enjoy my last year of high school. Happy that I learned a lot of thing during this three year.
Being a senior now is a very surreal feeling, it’s the last year. Finally the year we get to finish it all off, after over a decade of being in school. It’s nice being a senior, but it can also be a big responsibility, we set an example to all the other students, everyone who will soon take our place. It’s a great feeling though, finally coming up to the top, the last stretch before graduation, but you also know that up ahead is real life, becoming an adult, going to college, soon having to leave the house and set out to make your own life. Even knowing all these responsibilities are right around the corner, it’s still a great feeling to have made it this far. I’ll miss all the memories that have been made all throughout school, not just high school. There were many good times, and there were bad times, but sending this year off on a good note is important. I hope that everyone after us can appreciate being to this point, and treat it seriously, it’s an important year. This may be the easiest year for some or the hardest for others, but we’re all in the same position, being seniors.
I'm happy to be a senior because this year is the last year of school. This year I'm happy because I got a brand new MacBook air computer in this senior class. I can have it open per lunchtime for me to eat where I want. This year I have less class and open per for me to spend time. The seniors get 1-hour free per to spend time at lunchtime. this year I like to get A or B grad for the futuer.
