I don't think my sisters should see that movie anytime soon. one because they are 10 and don't need to hear those bad words, two they don't understand mental health and it could confuse them. they could think mental health is a ''monster'' or something like that. I like to think I'm a decent sister, I try to teach them what's wrong and right. I show them it's ok to make mistakes. I think when they are older they could watch that movie but not anytime soon. I mean they are only 10 so they could watch 5 or 6 more years if you ask me. if you asked my mother she would say 10 years then look at them and say whatever you do you kids. speaking about my mother I think this would be an a-ok movie for my mother to see. she could learn more about mental health and see that it's not just self-harm and crying, it's so much more than that. I would love for her to understand what goes on in my head. she should understand and see how I see things. same with my dad he thinks mental health is something kids my age made up. Mental health has always been about people just didn't care or they would die. it's sorry to think of it, for years and years they could have been thinking the same thought every day, while just trying to live their life. I think anyone with mental health problems could see this movie and see that things could be worse or that other people understand and want to help you fight back. it's not fun sitting in a small room with just you and your thoughts. sometimes it just makes everything worse. when I went to avara all I wanted to do was go home or sleep. I didn't really care about my mental health or if I was dying. people would talk to me, I would act like I cared just so I could leave faster. I knew some of them didn't care at all, but what made me try in the end was my friends and close family. I still think about what could have happened if I just slept all day and didn't care. would I still be there or would I die or would I be living a normal life with the thoughts always in the back of my head.

I think my grandma would like this film because while she is working around the house, she turns on movies that she can listen to/watch, she is working hard on making sure the guys are fed and rounding up the littles so that they don’t make a giant mess of what’s around the living room, she could do dishes while Deadpool is playing on the TV, and she could watch this film before going to bed. My cousin Dave would probably like this movie because he’s into old-school stuff, he has a collection of old stuff that’s on his windowsill and has a van from the 1970s as well that he got kicking into gear again after looking up how to repair certain parts and changed the tires as well, and he owns property to boot resulting in the car I mentioned earlier, he’s fixing it up, so with his downtime that he has now after working with Joe or grandpa, he could watch this and see how mental hospitals were treating their patients after he’s done working on the house. My mom might like to watch it. She works in the medical field for insurance because she might like to know what happened back in the 1960s because of her field, and because she has 2 monsters with ADHD and it could help her better understand how the nuts were treated in the place.

Reason being behind me writing this four hundred word paragraph for you to read and it took me just as long to write as it would for you to watch the movie. Anyway instead of me just telling you hey this is a good movie you should watch it sometime and you respond with ok sure what’s it called. Blah blah blah.
I’m going to have you read this just in case you were already convinced I’m going to convince you more by telling you about the entirety of the movie so you don’t even really have to watch but it’s better if you watch so. One thing about the movie that really strikes out to me is the Nurse. Specifically that Nurse being Nurse Ratchet. Just because the more you get into the movie the more you realize how uncomfortable she looks and makes you feel. So if you like being uncomfortable or uneasy for some of the parts of the film. Especially the ones with nurse Ratched. Another thing is I know you like character development I know you would personally like Chief's development throughout the film with McMurphy. ALso the way that McMurphy moved most of those patients in that ward with him. The relationship McMurphy has towards Mr. hardwin or whatever his name was it was the character that was on the boat with them and when that stranger asked who they were they said they were all doctors but one that one Mr. Harding or something. It is pretty funny to see those two get irritated towards each other, Harding in general being mad. It’s similar to you when you were younger. Chief is a deaf character in the film completely dead when McMurphy comes into the ward McMurphy tries and teach him how to play “put the ball in the hole” also well known as basketball. I think another reason you will like the film is because of McMurphy’s enthusiasm and sarcastic answers mostly towards Nurse Ratched. He called her a bunch of names and tried really hard to try and get her to change the nightly schedule so he and as well as everyone else watched the world series. This type of movie I don’t think is typically something that you watch or near the same genres. I think you would at least appreciate the message that they are trying to spread when producing the movie. It was placed in the 60’s and 70’s’.

I am not sure as to who I would recommend this film to. I do have some friends in mind but I am not sure if they would like these kinds of a movie or get bored watching them and do something else. The film does have really well-done acting and decent writing for its time. Not exactly sure how well it holds up in terms of today's standards for these book to movies adaptation about mental illness and mistreatment of those mentally ill. They are more of the "shoot first. Ask questions later." kind of people. But I would try to at get one of them to go watch it with me someday. Our scheduel has been pretty wack for the past few weeks but I'm sure we can figure something out.

The reason why I think that you should watch the movie is because it is interesting to watch. Best thing about this movie is to watch McMurphy changing everyone in the movie. He would change the Chief. When McMurphy first got there and saw the Chief, the Chief was not really doing anything he would just stand in a corner doing nothing. But when McMurphy got there he would talk to him and teach him how to play basketball. He would also talk to him about trying to escape and that they both shouldn’t be there. He would also change another person that I forgot their name. The person that he changed would follow him and would be happy, before he wasn’t happy when McMurphy wasn’t there. That is what I liked about the movie is when McMurphy would change everyone in the hospital. He would make them feel like they are living. He would let them have fun and enjoy things. The one person that I don't really like is the Nurse. Specifically Nurse Ratchet because she just seems off. She is a nurse for a mental ill hospital but doesn’t seem like she wants to help them, instead she wants them to get worse. I think that she is just odd because sometimes when they are in their group therapy it seems like she wants to help but i don’t think she does.

To be honest if I recommend this movie to some of my family members they’ll enjoy it like my classmates in this period who haven’t seen it. My family members who may not have seen it are the old ones and usually my little cousin and I know that they’ll like it. For cousins, they’re pretty sensitive about issues and they’ll get a little bit of anxiety and boiling blood when they watch the movie so I would wait until they’re almost 18 and my Aunts and Uncles are pretty strict about the movies they watch and what they do. For my oldest family members they’ll definitely watch it because they watch a lot of old movies instead of the modern ones because modern movies don’t have anything original, they just have recycled stuff, lack of creativity, and are full of cliches and everything else that’s an issue for today's movies. They definitely say yes to a lot of things that I recommend to them and they enjoy it and thank me for the recommendation. I bet they’ve seen, but it’ll be good to see it with new eyes and memories of cinema from the past where everything was original, creative, and accurate about old cinema and movies. As for my other families, the ones that are a little older than me, my other cousins and relatives, they would be impressed with how old movies were created way back then and how original they were and how happy they were to see one of the best movies ever made with their own eyes, ears, and sense. The part of the movie that will bring joy and relief to my family members who may or may have not seen it is the ending of the entire movie and Chief setting Mac free and giving himself the courage to escape this hospital that the public calls it.

if i had to pick one person in my faimly to watch this i think i would pick my grandma the reason i would pick my grandma to watch this is becaues she would actully pay attention to whats going o shes a little crazy like mac i feel that she could compair her self to mac and that would make her connet more if she keeps making me mad i think will put her in a home like that.haha i feel like she would try to get the people in the hosptile talking and doing the normal things people do meier

If I had to choose one person to watch it, I would pick my grandma because she has nothing to do during the day. She likes to watch movies a lot whenever she is free. I think she would like this movie because she used to be a nurse when she was younger and she can relate to these things. I would also choose my mom because she is always watching movies while she works. She could watch the movie between meetings or when is she doing work.

I would say that everyone should see this movie because it has almost everything in it that you need to learn or so say. I mean by this is that it was a lot of stuff that you can learn about. But it also talks about betail in the movie just the fact that everyone lied to McMurphy about them actually staying there all the time. They could leave at any time that they wanted. It is an awesome movie so I believe that everyone should watch it. It is awesome to see how they all change when McMurphy comes in there. They change all because they wanna be outgoing just like McMurphy. They wanna do this because they don’t wanna sit there and rot to death and just sit there with their finger up their bum. It is an awesome movie to watch because it is nice to see everyone change and how they do that. Also how they became really good friends with McMurphy. It is nice that McMurphy changed Chief. I’ll tell you why in a second. Now I will tell you why McMurphy changed Chief. Chief used to be the person that never talks and can “never” hear anything because he didn’t like anyone because everyone treated him like crap because everyone talked bad about him. I would like my dad Mike and my stepmom Laura because Laura works with people that have a head problem and my dad just likes weird movies. So I believe that they would love the movie The Cuckoo Nest.

I don't think my family would watch this movie because in my family we are only three members me, mom and sister. My mom doesn't understand English that's why she doesn't watch English movie. And my sister is only 10 years old and I don't want to recommend watching this movie because of some bad words. I think I would recommend to my friends to watch this movie but most of my friends they don't like this they only like an action movie, I have some friend who shit always at home fell stress and depressed I would send this movie to them to watch and learn how to live a life.

how would I convince my brother to watch the movie? I would try to convince him by telling him about how the nurses and how They treated the people and something they have to take care of. I would tell him about how Mac McMurphy was a hero to the other people in the hospital and how he changed everyone's view and change everyone's energy. I would also talk to him about how McMurphy was able to get Chief to talk to him. I would tell him how McMurphy showed the guys how to have fun by taking them fishing. And how he was able to teach the guys how to play basketball at the beginning of the movie. It was funny watching them take out the boat because when they were stopped they all said they were doctors besides Mr. Harding. I also recommend it because it shows how some people are voluntary because they don't want to deal with the outside world and it's a little bit safer in the ward.

I would ask my mom to watch this film because it is an amazing film and it directed very well. I think that she should watch this film because I think that she would enjoy it. The scenes are put together very well and the characters are on track and they are really good actors. I think she would like it because she likes kids and other people with special needs. She loves to help them out and loves talking to them. She would love Murphy because he is a rebel type of guy. He likes to try and get out of places that are not good for him and not a place for him. My mom would like Chief because he keeps his mind to himself and he does not bud into anyones conversations. He stays quiet and does what he is told. One thing that would pop out at my mom would be the nurse because the nurse is like a sassy, like a know it all kinda. My mom would love that because she would probably make fun of her just for how she acts. My mom would probably like her hair because she used to have friends that had hair like that. I think that my mom would like the scene where Murphy gets Chief to play basketball. I think that she would like the “help” that Murphy was giving Chief. She loves it when people help special needs people even though he is not really special needs. The nurse named Ratchet would get on my nerves but that's because she makes you feel uncomfortable and she looks uncomfortable with all the guys. She is the one that gives them the pills everyday and tries to help them by giving them the therapy circle. The therapy circle lets them speak about their past and lets them try to remember on what happen. It helps them get their memory back and helps them remember on why they are in the wellness center. Murphy is a funny guy he calls the nurse mean names and has attitude and is really sarcastic in almost every answer he gives.

I would recommend this to my uncle because he really can relate to the Chief when he was in prison. The very first time I met my uncle was when I was 13 years old and my mom told me that we were going to see my uncle for the first time and at that moment I was pretty scared because I have never seen him before and I didn't know what he looked like. So when we got in there all I could see were bars everywhere on every door even the elevator. When we got into the elevator we went down to the room where all the inmates were, I sat down and really didn't know what to say or do. I saw connect four so I grabbed it and started playing it by myself and then my mom and uncle started playing it with me. As we were all sitting there he was telling me and my mom a story on what he does as an inmate and this is the part where my uncle relates to the Chief. He said that the best thing to do when you are in prison is to not talk unless you are spoken to and to just stay quiet because you don't want to start anything with any other inmates or anyone in the prison. He then explained why a little bit more, he said that when he was walking back to his cell he witnessed a fight happening a few cells down from his, and as he was walking past the guards thought that he was apart of the fight even though he didn't say anything or do anything all he was doing was walking back to his cell. He said laughing sometimes being quiet is a bad thing in prison I guess but just know when I get out we are going to go fishing at Mchardy park and we started talking about fishing and stuff, but yea my uncle and the chief both stayed quiet through harsh times and only talked to one person really while my uncle was in there and while the Chief was in there too talking to McMurphy.

I believe my mom would really enjoy this movie. She enjoys movies that have a realistic feeling to them, and this movie does a great job of giving that realistic feeling of what these wards were like. Ways they do this is especially with the staff, the staff of the ward doesn’t really treat the patients as people, more as mindless animals. They manipulate the patients, don’t give them any choices, and are typically rude or mean to them. This reflects on how these places were in the past, cruel to their patients, not fully understanding these mental issues, and treating them in all the wrong ways. One example of this manipulation comes from Nurse Ratched. During their “therapy” Nurse Ratched seemed to push everyone to turn against each other, which is the complete opposite of what therapy is for. After every session, she calls it “successful”. Another reason why I believe my mom would enjoy it is that it has a lot of hope to it. McMurphy’s a huge figure of hope in the film, pushing the patients to open up and not be locked away in their minds. He helps them find themselves rather than keeping them bottled up like Nurse Ratched does.

I should send it to my friends or not because my friends some of them don't watch an old movie. If I want to send this movie to someone I should send it to litter old friends maybe they will watch this movie. If I share this with my family in this movie some of them understand and some don't understand because my mom and dad don't understand English. I should share this movie or not.

I think that I would want everybody to see this movie. Mostly this movie is made for adults and I think that kids might not really get it. It has a lot of profanity and sexual content. You really have to be mature to watch this movie. The movie was all-out good and ill give it a 9/10. I was not really expecting the ending though since I thought that everyone will have a good time when Murphy was about to leave. But sometimes not all movie has a happy ending.

I told my aunt about this movie and she went and watched it and she really enjoyed it she told me that she would tell her coworkers about it, she also told me that her favorite part of the movie was when they went on the boat and acted like they were workers at the mental hospital and she told me that she laughed when he gave them doctors names, she just had a good time watching it because she realized that she needed change in her life and this movie showed her that she should change the things she does because she hates a routine.
